St Peter’s Pool is a popular natural swimming spot at Delimara Point near Marsaxlokk. Surrounded by pale limestone rocks and clear Mediterranean water, it offers a very different experience from Malta’s sandy beaches. Visitors come here to swim, relax on the rocks and enjoy the dramatic coastal scenery. The location is relatively remote, so it is best suited to visitors who are comfortable walking over uneven terrain and swimming in deeper water. VisitMalta describes it as a crystal-clear natural swimming pool and one of the popular swimming spots around Delimara.
Please note: There is no traditional sandy beach here. Take care when entering the water from the rocks and avoid swimming during rough sea conditions.
